Hemodialysis Masters in Unified E-MAR before creating a
Hemodialysis Chronic Order Form.
Navigating to Hemodialysis Masters:
: Once logged in, navigate to the menu
→ Master ; the section within Unified E-MAR that
manages Data Masters.
Adding Dialyzer: Within the
Hemodialysis Masters module H-Hemodialysis
Master , find and click on the H1-Dialyzer
link to initiate the process. Master →
H-Hemodialysis → H1-Dialyzer
Entering Dialyzer Details: Fill in
the required details for the new Dialyzer, including Dialyzer
Name(mandatory), Dialyzer Description and Status (by default
Active).
Saving Dialyzer Information: Click
on the "Save" or "Submit" button
to save the entered Dialyzer details. Confirm the successful
addition of the Dialyzer to the system.
Adding Dialyzer Concentration: Within
the Hemodialysis Masters module H-Hemodialysis
Master , find and click on the H2-Concentration
link to initiate the process. Master →
H-Hemodialysis → H2-Concentration
Entering Dialyzer Concentration
Details: Fill in the required details for the new
Concentration, including Concentration Name(mandatory),
Concentration Description and Status (by default Active).
Saving Dialyzer Concentration
Information: Click on the "Save" or "Submit"
button to save the entered Dialyzer Concentration details.
Confirm the successful addition of the Dialyzer Concentration
to the system.
