4. Adding Hemodialysis Order

Navigate to the patient search feature within Unified Health Net to find and access the patient's records.

4.2 Navigating to Edit:

Once the patient is identified, click on the "Edit" button to access and modify patient information.

4.3 Accessing the Medical Tab:

Locate and click on the "Medical" tab within the patient's profile to access medical-related information. Click on the "Rx" link.

Make sure necessary Dialyzer Information and Dialyzer Concentration are available in the respective drop down. If not add these information by navigating to Master → H-Hemodialysis → H1-Dialyzer

Click on the "Add" or "Save" button within the form to finalize the hemodialysis order and confirm the changes made.
